You may begin preparing your materials in advance of the interview.

You are encouraged, but not required, to send digitized copies of your materials in advance via email.

Step 5: The Interview
Interviews typically last 1–1.5 hours and focus on your work, education, creative pursuits, civic engagement, and contributions to your family and community.
Your interview will be recorded and transcribed for accuracy.
Step 6: Post-Interview & Thank You
After the interview, you will receive a thank-you email summarizing the materials received and confirming how they will be used.
